  • One to One Training can be scheduled anytime between 7am - 7:30pm Monday to Friday

    Semi Private Training options include:

    • Morning sessions: 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

    • Evening sessions: 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM

    • Midday sessions: 12:00 PM (Wednesday and Friday)

    • Weekend sessions: 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM (Saturday)

  • No — we meet you where you’re at. The Kickstart is designed for all levels.

  • Every session is tailored to your needs and safety.

  • Most participants continue into our semi-private membership or one-to-one sessions.
