You’ll train twice per week in semi-private sessions capped at just 4 members, giving you the benefits of expert coaching with the support of a small group.

When are the sessions?
Training options include:
Morning: 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Midday: 12:00 PM
Evening: 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM
Weekend: 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Do I need previous training experience?

No experience is required. The 6 Week Kickstart is designed for beginners as well as those returning to exercise. Every session is tailored to your ability.
What if I have injuries or mobility issues?

Your coach will modify exercises to suit your needs, so you can train safely while still improving strength and mobility.

What results can I expect?
You’ll notice improvements in strength, mobility, balance, and confidence in how your body moves. Progress is individual, but our goal is for you to feel better and move easier after 6 weeks.
What happens after I sign up?
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your private consultation and movement assessment. This session happens before your semi-private training begins and allows us to understand your goals so you get the most out of your 12 workouts.
