Limited to 7 participants for personalised coaching and strong foundations
Across 12 coached sessions, you’ll work through key rings movements, including:
- Support holds and active support positions
- Skin the cat and controlled inversions
- Forward rolls on rings
- Progressive pulling and pushing strength
- Strict muscle-up progressions
The emphasis throughout the course is on control, positioning, and shoulder health. Every movement is taught with progressions, tempo control, and technical focus so that strength and skill develop together.
What the Course Covers
To get the most from the course, participants should be able to:
Perform at least one strict chin-up
Perform a solid push-up
You do not need prior rings experience.

What level of strength do I need?

This is a coached programme, not a drop-in class. Group size is limited to 7 participants, ensuring individual feedback and technical guidance in every session.
Who is this course NOT for?
Complete beginners without a base level of upper-body strength should focus on foundational training first
