The class format changes regularly which keeps things interesting and as the classes run from the early morning right through the evening it easy to fit classes around my work schedule and this helps me to stay consistent. “I started off with minimal knowledge of how to properly train and workout but as time went by working out in Movement Hub you could apply everything your learning even at home. the studio itself is clean and very welcoming. It doesn’t feel overwhelming. They also have different time options which is great if you wanted to get a workout in between work , before or after work! The location is very central so handy to get to!“
